Jodi's Hens Night

Saturday 16th April, 2011

Tony and I headed off to Harbourtown this morning to do some shopping.  I needed something to wear for the wedding and also a handbag to take tonight.  Most of my 'going out' bags are too small and I wanted a smallish one but big enough to hold my purse, phone and camera and a few other bits and pieces.

I found something to wear, and also got a bag and Tony said I could have some new perfume.  I got "Daisy" by Marc Jacob.  I already have his "Lola" and love it!  By the time we had some lunch it was time to head back home and get ready for tonight.

When we finally got home it was time for me to have another shower and get myself ready and go and pick up Dianne.  I parked the car at Tony's work and we walked down to the Casino.  We were early and so we watched a few people lose their money at Roulette.

We went up to the restaurant (not known as Pullmans anymore), and went in and sat down at the table and waited for the others to arrive.  They came shortly afterwards.  The food was not anything to write home about, there weren't that many choices but it was alright if you loved seafood, they had a good selection of that.  I didn't have any as I didn't have my prawn peeler (Tony) with me.

After a few laughs (we kept the other diners entertained) and the girls had a few drinks, we headed off to the bar area.  With a few more drinks under their belt, and a lot more laughing, Dianne and I left them at around 10.30pm and we went and found a coffee shop, had a coffee and came home.
